I turn slow, manual work into tools people use every day.

Compliance & quality lead at Amazon, turned automation builder. I spot the friction in operations work, then design and ship the fix — 13 Chrome extensions and 2 AI applications used by teams worldwide, plus two consumer apps of my own. No CS degree: I build with AI as my engineering partner.

35+ HCheadcount saved across EMEA
1,000+worldwide users on a single tool
3 min → 15 sper task for 200 daily users
2,000+installs of my own mobile app

How I work

Problem first, tool second.

Almost none of these tools were requested. I saw the problem in my own team's day, built a fix, and grew it with the people using it.

01

Find the friction

Repetitive steps, copy-paste between systems, things people track in their heads or in fragile spreadsheets.

02

Build with AI

I design the workflow and logic, and use AI to write and debug the code. I read it well enough to know how it works and where it breaks.

03

Ship & iterate

Release to a small group, collect feedback, version it up, then roll it out region by region — and measure the time saved.

Internal tools

Built for product-compliance and catalog teams. Details are generalized and no internal data is shown, but the numbers are real.

Classification Status Dashboards

Chrome extension · 5 regional editions + global view
~500users worldwide

A live dashboard that pulls every rule-writing class from the classification platform and groups it by stage — In progress, Ready to deploy, Ready to launch — with filters for "my classes" and team progress. Separate editions for EMEA, APAC, NA/LATAM and Japan, plus a read-only global view across all regions.

BeforeNo tracking platform. Everyone logged the classes they worked on by hand.
AfterOn day one it surfaced thousands of forgotten classes worldwide that should have launched — and they got actioned.

Sincap

Chrome extension · all-in-one team toolkit
12×faster class creation

One extension bundling 25+ small automations across the tools the team uses daily: syntax and keyword generators, bulk product-ID downloaders, ticket resolvers, a translator, bulk clickers, Excel previews and reminders. Its flagship Class Creator cut each class from 3 minutes to 15 seconds for ~200 users worldwide, each creating 15–20 classes a day.

ArgusFlow Monitor

Chrome extension · time-tracking quality
1,000+users worldwide

Watches the workforce task-tracking tool and catches mistakes as people log their time: missing mandatory sub-tasks, forgotten breaks and invalid entries. Management gets accurate time data without chasing anyone.

GPSR Reporting Assistant

Windows desktop app · EU product-safety reporting
2 days → minmonthly report

Automates the monthly EU Safety Gate report end to end. It cleans and cross-matches the exports, updates the master file and generates per-country reports. Then it creates the SharePoint folder, uploads the files and drafts the Outlook reply in the existing thread.

Recall Workload Dashboard

Chrome extension · ticket categorization & SLA
~100users in EMEA

Categorizes incoming tickets automatically, tracks SLAs across time zones and builds interactive pivot tables with one-click snapshot reports.

BeforeAn Excel macro: 5+ minutes per refresh, and it didn't run at all for some users.

ToolNest: internal extension store

Full-stack web app on AWS · built after the tools above multiplied
AWSserverless

Once dozens of team-built extensions were being passed around as zip files, I designed an internal store for them. Employees browse and install, owners publish updates, and admins review submissions. Behind it: corporate SSO, role-based access, a separate signing service that keeps keys in KMS, CRX3 packaging, auto-update manifests served through CloudFront, and an automated test suite.

Product Classification Assistant

AI · Chrome extension + AWS Lambda

Sends ticket details and product data to Claude on AWS Bedrock to label each match as a true or false positive, with extraction rules for model and part numbers.

Hermes

Chrome extension · batch SLA

Tracks annotation-batch deadlines, drafts notification emails to batch owners and splits large files into batches.

Aparfa

Chrome extension · audits

Adds a side panel to the audit page and fills the audit form according to the SOP, so auditors don't have to fill each field by hand.

Most of these tools are used by ~100 people across EMEA. I also contributed to three colleagues' tools as an advisor and fixer.

My role

Original concept, product and UX design, development with AI-assisted coding, store listings and release management.

TipTongue Web live · mobile in beta

A multiplayer word & trivia game you can answer out loud, on Android, iOS and the web.

  • Letter-wheel and word games, live 1v1 duels, leagues and challenges
  • Voice answers: on-device speech recognition, backed by a speech model I run on Google Cloud and a fast cloud fallback
  • Six languages, each with its own native question bank, leagues and players
  • ~70k questions built from open data, then reviewed for quality with AI agents

Stack

Flutter (mobile + web) · Supabase (Postgres, RLS, realtime) · Cloudflare Workers · Google Cloud Run · Firebase

Interesting bits

A voice pipeline tuned for speed and cost, so most answers are judged on the phone itself. Plus a content pipeline that turns Wikipedia/Wikidata into graded, per-language question packs.

Honest note

I'm not a trained developer.

I don't have a computer-science degree. My background is in business and compliance. I learned to build by building: I own the problem, the design, the logic and the testing, and I use AI to write and debug the code.

I read code well enough to follow how it works and pinpoint where something breaks. That combination — deep operations knowledge plus fast AI-assisted delivery — is why these tools exist at all.
